At Helix BioLabs, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. We want you to feel confident in every purchase — and we're here to make things right if something goes wrong.
RETURNS
Because our products are dietary supplements intended for consumption, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used. We appreciate your understanding.
Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To process a return, we require:
- An unopened, unused product in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase
- A return request submitted within 30 days of your delivery date
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products damaged through misuse
- Clearance or promotional items
- Gift cards
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at contact@helix-biolabs.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll take care of it.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our end.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a Helix BioLabs error — in which case we'll cover it.
