We believe subscriptions should be easy to understand, easy to manage, and never a hassle to leave. Here's how everything works.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Select Helix BioLabs products are available as recurring subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method at the frequency selected during checkout — automatically, until canceled.
Subscription perks may include discounted pricing, automatic delivery, and priority access to select products. Your payment information is processed securely through our payment providers.
MANAGING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
You're in full control. You can modify, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management link in your order confirmation email or your customer account portal.
Please note that changes made after an order has already been processed will take effect on your next scheduled shipment.

AUTO-RENEWAL
Subscriptions renew automatically before each billing date. To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, please cancel before that date.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Need to cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at 📧 contact@helix-biolabs.com
We'll do our best to catch it in time, but once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
