We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be picked up on the next business day.


SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United States only. We don't offer international shipping at this time, but hope to expand in the future.


DELIVERY TIMES

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — customers are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Helix BioLabs cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect address.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to them. That said, we won't leave you hanging — if your package is lost or damaged in transit, reach out and we'll do everything we can to help file a claim on your behalf.


SHIPPING DELAYS

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays due to weather, holidays, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control can happen. We appreciate your patience when they do.
